Enjoy a unique experience in the heart of Chez Pépé Nicolas's cheese maturing cellar: surrounded by cheese wheels, Valentin, a farmer from Belleville, will tell you the story of the chalet and its mountain pasture. Enjoy a tasting of farm cheeses, valley charcuterie and two regional wines. After the tasting, head back by torchlight or extend the evening in the chalet restaurant.
From 11 December to 16 April 2026. Every Thursday at 6pm. Ages 16 and up. Please dress warmly.
