Rue du Pavé Street
This steep street was, in the olden days, the main village street and was the site of numerous shops. The extension of Saint Martin above the church led the shops to move their activities to new quarters.
In the olden days, in the Rue du Pavé, there were numerous shops : a haberdashery, a saddler who made and repaired harnesses and saddles, a grocery store.
One can also see the first forge which belonged to François Sollier, which was then moved elsewhere.
