At 630 m², Chalet Escapade is now the largest chalet in the village and is already a contender for the 2025 World Ski Awards. Designed by architects Clémence and Bastien Jovelet, it offers a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional Alpine chalet.
The vast central living space, 85 m² flooded in natural light, opens onto a sweeping panorama crowned by Le Cochet. Five bedrooms, including four suites and a luxurious dormitory, accommodate up to 12 guests in understated elegance, enriched with noble materials and curated artistic touches including engravings, photography, and original artworks.
The chalet offers exceptional facilities including a 130 m² private spa with indoor swimming pool, sauna & hammam, outdoor Nordic bath, sports hall, professional cinema room, and a bar with pool table. A private chef and housekeeper complete the picture, ensuring personalised service worthy of the finest private Alpine residences.

Chalet Eden, spirit of Japan in the heart of the village
Also designed by a visionary architect, Chalet Eden (280 m²) draws inspiration from the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, which celebrates the beauty of natural imperfection. Here, charred wood, polished concrete, steel and reclaimed parquet are softened by wool textiles and bespoke rugs.
Spread over three levels and served by a lift, the chalet sleeps up to 12 guests in five suites (including one family suite). Flooded with natural light, the living spaces open onto stunning Alpine views, creating an atmosphere that is both warm and contemporary. Bespoke furniture and carefully curated vintage pieces lend a rare sense of authenticity.
For well-being, Chalet Eden offers a hammam, massage room, outdoor Nordic bath and landscaped terraces. As architect Arnaud Masson aptly puts it: '[...] no detail has been overlooked in terms of the quality of the materials and fittings, but the overall effect is not ostentatious; it perfectly captures the spirit of the village of Saint-Martin.'
