On the programme
Access to the event is free and the activities are open to all. To get to the mill, you can walk, cycle or take a free horse-drawn carriage from Saint-Marcel, a hamlet 3km from Saint-Martin-de-Belleville.
10am to 5pm
- Family geocaching: Hunt for hidden caches scattered across the site. Find the cache, leave an object that reflects who you are, and take the one left by the previous participant. A craft workshop is available on site to help you make one if needed.
- Coin minting workshop: Strike your own coin and take it home with you.
- Craft workshop: Make your own walking stick or handmade keyring.
- Folk Rock Concert with Octopus Garden.
- Interactive quiz: A quiz on sustainable energy — learn while having fun.
- Guided mill tour: The mill is back in operation for the occasion. A guide will take you through how it works and what life was like in the past. Several time slots available — times shared on site.
- Refreshments and Brava Vela Microbrewery throughout the day.
- Food service — 12pm to 2pm.
