Winter highlights

Throughout the winter, the authentic Savoyard village of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville becomes the setting for a host of events. Each highlight of the season is an invitation to celebrate conviviality and the art of mountain living.

Dive into the magical atmosphere of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville in winter, with its end-of-year festivities, torchlight descents, fireworks shows, concerts and pop-up bars.

Performances, torchlit descent and fireworks

Every Wednesday, there's an electric atmosphere in the centre of the village with a performance, mulled wine and hot chocolate, then the ski instructors' torchlit descent followed by a fireworks' display that lights up the whole village.

Saint-Martin lights up

On 15 December 2024, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville celebrates winter with a day of festivities. Creative workshops, a craft market and Christmas stories for children will bring the village to life. The day will end with a concert by Pop2luxe in the village, followed by a Christmas concert in the church, where 60 musicians conducted by Vincent Boniface will perform traditional Alpine carols.

A magical Christmas in the village

From 21 to 28 December 2024, the village of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville will be transformed into a magical place, with musical parades, torchlight descents and light shows. Visitors can watch an ice sculpture demonstration, meet Father Christmas and enjoy a fireworks display. A horse-drawn carriage ride and an ephemeral local bar will round off this magical week.

Fire and ice week

From 28 December 2024 to 4 January 2025, immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere of Fire and Ice Week. Ice-sculpting workshops and street performances will bring the day to life. On New Year's Eve, a unique show combining opera, rock'n'roll and pyrotechnics will be followed by the traditional torchlight procession. To kick off the new year, an ephemeral oyster and champagne bar will be held in the village centre on 2 January.

The Belleville musical events

From 6 January to 31 March 2025, treat your ears to musical events showcasing sounds from around the world. Enjoy concerts of classical music, jazz and music from around the world. Savour moments of pleasure and discover new tunes.

Every other Monday at 6 pm at Saint-Martin-de-Belleville church. Donations welcome.

Pop-up bars

Pop-up bars are an opportunity to meet up in the heart of the village and socialise with some great food and drink accompanied by live music and original shows.<

Easter egg hunt

On 20 April 2025, a unique treasure hunt awaits children, giving them chance to discover this authentic village through riddles while setting off in search of the famous chocolate eggs.

Yogiski

From 6 to 11 April 2025, experience the 9th year of Yogiski in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and Les Menuires. This week encourages you to recharge your batteries with yoga sessions, walks, and moments of relaxation and meditation. Take advantage of this well-being break to reconnect and take care of yourself in an exceptional setting.

Ski and Bike

From 12 to 21 April 2025, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville is inviting outdoor sports enthusiasts to take to the slopes on skis or bike. Downhill slopes, enduro circuits, electric mountain bike rides: the resort is previewing part of its mountain bike area. It's a great opportunity to enjoy a variety of events with a festive programme to celebrate the end of the season.
